By enrolling into the Loyalty Program, you are entitled as well to cashback credit to be added to your account as per the following:

• 1% cashback for every 1 AED spent when making qualifying purchases at iSTYLE physical stores and online store in the United Arab Emirates.
• For each AED paid by way of trade-in and in addition to the benefit referred to herein above, an additional cashback will be added to the balance of the invoice based on the value of trade-in. Such percentage shall be determined based on the Tier Status of the Member.

By way of example, if the total amount of the invoice is AED 1,000 paid by trade in value AED 300 + cash AED 700

Cashback: 1% calculated by the total AED 1,000 +X% calculated on the trade in value AED 300

2. The Loyalty Program Terms of Use:

2.1      iSTYLE Loyalty Program is a loyalty program operated by iSTYLE Computers LLC, a limited liability duly incorporated at Cayan Business Center Tecom, under number /566919/ and having its registered address at Cayan Business Center Tecom Barsha Heights, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2.2      No physical card will be issued for the program; each member to the Loyalty Program (the „Member”) can reach the actual balance on a unique URL which will be provided to him upon the first purchase following enrolment.

2.3      iSTYLE Loyalty Program is applicable to all purchases made by the Customer in all iSTYLE physical stores in the United Arab Emirates as well as the iSTYLE online store www.istyle.ae.

2.4      Members cannot earn points when purchasing items with discounts, gift cards, cashback credit, NPI items (Newly Introduced Products).

2.1      Points and cashback credits will only be awarded when the Member provides the store with his phone number or email upon each purchase. Points and cashback credits cannot be delivered further to the purchase.

2.2      Earned points after a purchase will be visible as part of the balance immediately upon purchase but will only be redeemable after fourteen (14) days following their earning.

2.3      In case of an item being refunded, the points earned from this item will be deducted from the balance.

2.4      To be entitled to redeem points all the mandatory fields in the Customer’s profile should be filled in.

2.5      Redeeming points and using cashback credits are only available in stores in the United Arab Emirates and may only be redeemed against available products or services and as advertised or proposed from time to time.

2.6      Earned points and cashback credits cannot be exchanged against money.

2.7      The Loyalty Program is nominative and can only be used by the Member himself or any direct member of his family (i.e. husband/wife; children; father/mother).

2.8      Each point or cashback credit earned shall be redeemed within one year following the purchase upon which it was earned.

2.9      After one year being inactive, iSTYLE has the right to downgrade inactive profiles to the lowest Tier without any notice to the Member.

2.10 Members are only eligible to one birthday gift per year based on the originally submitted date of birth.

2.11 Members are only eligible for 1 free one to one training per Tier.

 

3. The Loyalty Program General Terms and Conditions:

3.1       iSTYLE reserves the right to stop the Loyalty Program or modify its terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without the need for any approval from the Member.

3.2      By enrolling in this Loyalty Program, the customer approves its terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them.

3.3      This Loyalty Program shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute resulting therefrom shall be solved amicably. In the event no amicable solution is reached within thirty (30) days following notification of the dispute, any of the Parties may seek legal recourse before the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates.

3.4      iStyle shall have no monetary or non-monetary liability whatsoever towards the Member in respect to the Loyalty Program. Member may in no event seek monetary indemnification from iStyle. In case of dispute, the Member may only seek remedies by way of injunction.
