Plus, you have the option to add protection against accidental and liquid damage, ensuring extra security for your devices.
How does subscription Work?
You can subscribe to the latest devices for 12, 18, 24, or 36 months. The longer the subscription period, the lower your monthly payments. After submitting your request, our support team will reach out to you with the next steps. All devices qualify for repair services, and optional add-on protection against accidental and liquid damage is available for added security. At the end of your subscription, you can continue your subscription, upgrade to a new device, purchase the device to own it, or cancel your subscription and return the device.
Are devices protected?
Every device you subscribe to is eligible to protection add-on against accidental damage throughout the subscription period.
What happens after the completion of the Subscription Period?
At the end of your subscription period, you have several options: you can continue with your current subscription, upgrade your device, purchase the device to keep it forever, or cancel the subscription and return the device.

What documents are required for me to enter a subscription agreement?
All device subscription requests are subject to approval. We need the following business documents to review your Subscription application:
1. Trade License
2. Authorised signatory Emirate ID
3. VAT Registration certificate
4. Bank Signatory Emirate ID (if different than Authorised signatory)
What is the maximum number of devices that I can subscribe for?
You can request multiple subscriptions in a single order, with each subscription covering one device. Our partner will review your request, and subscription approval is subject to their discretion.
How can I cancel my Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription, but you must complete your minimum subscription period first. Any early cancellations will incur an Early Cancellation Fee as outlined in the Subscription Agreement.
How many days will it take to receive the device after placing an order?
The device will be delivered to you within 48-hours from signing the subscription agreement.
Do all subscriptions come with brand new devices?
All devices available for subscription are brand new.
Can I upgrade or change my device?
You can upgrade your device after completing the minimum rental period. (half of the total subscription period) by giving us notice at least 7 working days before your next payment cycle.
What happens if I damage my device?
Your device is eligible for our protection service as long as the damage was not intentional. Device protection is an Add-on to be purchased at the time of subscribing to the device.
How can I report damage to the subscribed device?
Reporting a damage incident is easy! You can get in touch with our support team, and they will guide you through it. We provide free device pickup and dropoff to and from the Service Centre. Each service request is subject to an Admin Fee as mentioned in the subscription agreement.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Direct debit will be used to collect all payments. Once agreed and approved, payment will be deducted automatically on a set date each month.
What is the billing cycle of my subscription?
Initial subscription fees will be billed at the time of processing your subscription request. Subsequent payments will then be due on the same day each month for the duration of your subscription.
How can I get an invoice for my payments?
You will receive all the payment invoices on your shared email address after each successful payment.
