Apple Watch Series 8 vs Apple Watch Ultra : Screen & Design Comparison
- Apple Watch Series 8: It features a large, always-on Retina display and a tough, impact-resistant glass face, making up an endless screen.
- Apple Watch Ultra: Its Retina display, up to 2,000 nits, is twice as bright as any other Apple Watch. It has a 49 mm titanium case and a flat sapphire glass face for a larger and brighter display. It also includes a new Wayfinder watch face, designed to fit the large screen of the Apple Watch Ultra.

The new Apple Watch Ultra will include a button with customizable actions, giving instant access to a wide range of new features. The Apple Watch Ultra offers a unique way to measure temperature with a two-sensor design: one located on the back of the watch, and one under the screen, reducing drift generated by the user’s surroundings.
