However, it is the minimum we should burn for our health. So, use the time you save going to and from the office for a walk, stretch your legs, and get some sunlight, which is also good for our health. Kill two birds with one stone!
  • Do you work from home and exercise almost every day? Set your goal at 400 calories. Stand up when your Apple Watch tells you to, and you'll be sure to achieve it.
  • Do you go to the office or university and sit there for several hours at a time? Take the opportunity to walk or cycle! If so, you can set your goal to 500 calories.
  • If you exercise several times a week, don't hesitate: 600 calories is what you should aim for. Working out at the gym, you'll burn around 300. Or if you prefer to run 5 km, you will burn about 200 calories; if you reach 10 km, you will burn more than 300 calories.
