What is Zaam?
Zaam is the first Tech-on-Subscription RENTAL service in the UAE, giving customers access to the latest Apple devices at the best monthly rates.
- Subscribing avoids high upfront costs while offering upgrades and device protection.
- All subscriptions include AppleCare+ at no extra cost.
- Customers can subscribe for 12 or 24 months at any iStyle store.
- Devices remain property of Zaam unless customers purchase at end of term.
- At the end of the subscription,customers may continue monthly payments, upgrade, purchase, or return the

How does Zaam evaluate Customer’s eligibility for a subscription?
Zaam conducts eligibility checks through Zaam’s internal approval policy, which includes evaluating your credit score with the AECB and other relevant factors.
How do customers contact the ZaamSupport team?
You can contact Zaam support team at 800 1122 333 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, UAE time or submit a request from the Zaam Support Page by login on Zaam.life with your UAE pass.
How can I subscribe?
Becoming a Zaam subscriber is simple and seamless. Just follow these steps:
1.Select your device – Choose your preferred device from iSTYLE website or in-store.
2. Complete your purchase – Finalize your order on the iSTYLE platform and select Zaam as your payment method.
3. Set up your Zaam account – Create your account and provide the required details.
4. Eligibility confirmation – Once your eligibility is verified, your subscribed device will be issued.
Your subscription will begin when you receive your device, and monthly subscription fees will apply.
How does Zaam evaluate my eligibility for a subscription?
Subscription approval will be at Zaam's discretion after reviewing your subscription request. Zaam has a complete internal risk policy, and we coordinate with AECB to check your credit history before approving eligibility for our services.
How can I end my Subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so by providing 7 days' notice prior to your next payment. You must first complete the minimum period, which is half of the total subscription term. Once this minimum period is met, you can log into your Zaam account and select 'Cancel subscription' from the subscription menu. If you cancel before completing the subscription term, you will be responsible for early cancellation fees detailed in the Charges and Fees and any outstanding payments subject to your Subscription Agreement.
Can I extend my subscription after the subscription period ends?
Yes. You can keep your subscribed device to long as you like by continuing to pay Zaam the monthly subscription fees.
How many devices can be included in one subscription?
Each subscription is linked to an individual device. Currently, we are offering one subscription per user.
What happens if I don’t return my subscribed device on time?
If the device is not returned by the end of the subscription period, we will automatically renew the subscription for the next month and continue to charge you for the monthly subscription fees.
Are all the devices brand new?
Yes, you will receive an entirely new unopened device that is still in its original packaging. None of the devices you subscribe to are used.
Are all the devices genuine?
We use 100% genuine devices.
What happens to the device after the subscription period ends?
Once we collect your old device, we give it a new life cycle by passing it on to someone else.
Can I upgrade or replace my device?
You can upgrade your device to any of our existing listings after the minimum subscription period (half of the total subscription period) by giving us notice. To make a request, you must log into your Zaam account and use the 'Upgrade Device' option. During the upgrade process, you must pay the new subscription fees for the upgraded devices and any other remaining fees connected to the earlier subscribed device.
How can I report a damage to the subscribed device?
Reporting device damage is quick and easy through your Zaam account. Just follow these steps
1. Sign in to Zaam.life using your UAE Pass.
2. Select “Report Damage” to access your protection services.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions according to the protection included in your subscription.

What type of device protection is under my subscription?
Once you agree to the terms and conditions at the time of subscription, the protection services will automatically apply.
1. If the device experiences unexpected physical damage that is not intentional and impacts its complete performance, it is eligible for our protection services.
2. If the device suffers water damage, it is eligible for our protection services.
Do I need to pay for the repair or replacement cost?
The subscribed device is not covered for loss or theft. When loss or theft of the device occurs, you agree to inform us immediately and acknowledge and confirm that you will be responsible for any charges due under your active subscription.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Payments will be made using a Credit Card issued by a UAE bank and will be done prior to every month of subscription.
How can I update my payment method or details?
Log-in to your Zaam account and select “Account Details”. You will find a payment method update option under the payment details section. You can update your payment details, but keep in mind that the payment method can only be a UAE bank Credit Card.
What happens if I am late on the monthly subscription payments?
Zaam always recommends that our subscribers make their monthly subscription payments on time to avoid any inconvenience or service suspension, as it will also directly impact your AECB credit score.
Do I get an invoice for my monthly payments?
Zaam will share an electronic confirmation email of all your completed monthly payments. You can also download your invoice from your Zaam account after logging into your Zaam account.
